I’ve been painting near my friend Virgil Delegard at The Minnesota Figure Collaborative and in a portrait group for more than four years. When the show at Zeller Studio in Hopkins was offered, we decided to exchange studio visits and help pick each others’ work. In the end, we chose close to 40 special paintings from each.
